The systems incorporate a travelling device that provides the link between the user's harness and the system. It runs up and down the track following the user's direction of travel. In a fall, the travelling device locks onto the track to stop the fall. Soll Glideloc systems also allow a combination of vertical and horizontal access without having to disconnect and reconnect.

The systems comprise guided type fall arresters in conformity with DIN EN 353 Part 1, fixed ladder elements or guide rails, connecting elements, brackets and safety harnesses. The multiple-application design of our system ensures total protection, whether for vertical or horizontal installations. The guided type fall arrester glides along with the worker with absolute reliability along the integral guide rails, affording protection in every position and at any height.
